Homes, Desert Cabins and Land

There are amazing properties available here. Everything from custom luxury homes to “do it yourself” homestead cabins: the possibilities abound.

Land is also available in every size from residential lots to vast expanses of 160 acres or more. Design and build your own home on one of these desert view parcels.

If you would like a tour of what we have to offer please give me a call and I will be happy to show you some of the most desired properties in the southwest.

Marketing your property to a huge audience

Reaching the widest possible distribution for your property to achieve your net sale price within your timeline is the definitive goal of all my real estate listings.

Coldwell Banker Roadrunner Realty provides you with a solid foundation of local, national and international support to provide the broadest coverage and services available in the real estate marketing arena.

Through my print media, social networking and online resources you can be assured your property is immediately available to every potential buyer in the real estate market.

Every detail can make a difference

I have a great appreciation of many architectural styles with an eye toward desert modern and the rustic comfort of the southwest ranch style. I like to see the use of natural stone and wood materials along with the seamless integration of modern conveniences.

Every detail can make a difference when deciding to purchase a house and making it your home. Let my experience and dedication guide you toward making a well informed decision.

With my 35 years of construction experience I have a complete and thorough understanding of every phase of residential construction. I began my career in 1977 building residential room additions, remodels and new construction in the Morongo Basin.

I have worked with interior designers performing extensive remodels in the country clubs of Palm Desert, Rancho Mirage and Indian Wells. I have supervised construction of  6,500-10,000 sq. ft. custom luxury homes at Mirada Estates in Rancho Mirage and the prestigious Madison Club in La Quinta. I supervised all building trades, developed accurate completion schedules and provided the quality control necessary for the highest level of finish required on these multi-million dollar projects.

Awarded 2015 Coldwell Banker International Sterling Award; Coldwell Banker President's Circle Award for 2016 and 2017; Earned 2017 Top Producing Agent Silver Award from Coldwell Banker Roadrunner Realty as second highest earning sales agent in the company.
